CP999 - Giano dell'Umbria: restored farmhouse with 2 apartments, barn and about 1 Ha of land in quiet position |
This large former farmhouse is located in the middle of Umbria, in the municipality of Giano dell'Umbria, between Montefalco and Todi. The house has 3 floors and was restored in the early 2000s, giving it the appearance of a rural villa. On the semi-underground floor are the rooms that were intended for agricultural activity at the time, such as storage rooms, garage, (wine) cellars and storerooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious independent apartment, consisting of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and on the 1st floor there is a 2nd apartment, consisting of a spacious attic room with terrace, 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartments have a communal entrance, but are otherwise completely separated from each other. The house is in excellent condition and is immediately suitable for occupancy. More than 9,000 m2 of agricultural land, with olive grove, orchard, vegetable garden and a large pasture complete the picture. Easily accessible, but quietly and centrally located, this house is ideal for permanent residence, but also as a holiday home, whether or not in combination with a small B&B activity. |
