CP976 - Calvi dell'Umbria: fully to restore characteristic stone tower home with a turnkey renovation project |
This 3-storey turret is located in a small hamlet in the Municipality of Calvi dell'Umbria, a few kilometers from the main village. The turret needs to be completely restored and the architectural studio, owner of the building, has realized a project that combines respect for the environment, technology and energy efficiency. The original project, previously been approved by the municipality, provided a living area on the ground floor with living room and kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the upper floors. In the partly walled garden there there was envisaged a large terrace with pergola, as an extension of the living space on the ground floor, and a small inground swimming pool with teak sun terrace. Of course, the project can still be amended to the wishes and requirements of the new owner. The costs of the projected restoration at the time would now amount to approximately 200k, but on the basis of any adjustments and choice of materials, the final amount could be adjusted up or down in consultation with the architect and contractor. |
